1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Jewelry or gift items that are personalized/customized are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

• If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

• We will provide a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.

3. Return Process

• Contact our customer support team at info@giftorabd.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

• Send the product back to the provided address.

• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed.

5. Shipping Costs

• The shipping cost for returning a product is generally borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

• Replacement product shipping will be covered by GiftloBD.com if the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
